FAYETTE, MO., Oct. (Special)--October 21st is the Central Methodist College Homecoming. Activities will be initiated with a bonfire the evening of October 20th. Saturday's activities of the 21st will begin with the coronation of the homecoming royalty by the Student body President, Terry Grebe of New Franklin, at 9:00 a.m. at Brannock Hail. Following the coronation, will be the homecomigg parade featuring 16 bands and 11 floats with the theme "movie titles".

10:45 a.m. marks the start of the Annual Band Pageant featuring some of the following bands: Glasgow, Chamois, Tipton, Buthany, Fayette, westran of Huntsville, Salisbury, Pacific, Carroilton, Hlgginsvilie, South Shelby County of Shelbina, Marshall, Moberiy, F.T. Zumwalt of O'Fallon, Fulton, and Washington. A winner will be declared and trophies awarded at the half time of the homecoming game.

The much improved Central Methodist College Eagles will meet the Rose Poly Engineers at 2:00 p.m. in what can be a hard hitting football thriller.

Featured in the half time show will be the winner of the Band Pageant and the Central Methodist College Marching Band, under the direction of Paul Montemurro. Featured twiiler with the CMC Marching Band is Fran Belt of Bridgeton,
Mo.

Following the game several social clubs will have teas and open house on campus. Rounding out the homecoming events at 8:00 p.m. is the homecoming dance featuring Little Walter Scott and the Guise of St. Louis, Mo.

The following students will be chairmen of homecoming under the direction of the vice president of the student council, Pat Wendling of St. Louis: Rick Cain of St. Louis, and Gerald Earl of Sabetha, Kans., co-chairmen of the homecoming events; Nancy Deneke of Fulton, coronation; "Skip" Grigsby of Fayette and Betty House of Charleston, co—chairmen of the decorations; Kim Holmes of St. Louis, programs; Beth Krenshaw of Springfield, publicity; and Stan Robertson of Alexandria, Va. lighting. Others are Mary Jane Strode of Kirkwood, entertainment; Ted Bourbon of Granite City, Ill. parade; John Stephenson of Ferguson, floats; Jeff Hogenmiller of Crystal City, maintenance; and Shirley York of Independence, judging.
